Job Description
Linx, in collaboration with Stone, is seeking a Junior Support Analyst to join their team in Cascavel, Paraná, Brazil. This role involves contributing to the largest software house in Latin America, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and building trust through transparent and connected solutions. The analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the company's mission to enhance retail experiences across thirteen countries.
Role involves:
- Aprimorating skills through Linx's training and information exchange.
- Opening and managing support tickets for ERP solutions.
- Addressing customer needs via chat, phone, email, or other tools.
- Applying fixes to identified problems and assisting clients with testing.
- Performing remote access to client systems when necessary.
Requirements:
- Ability to interact with the public and solve problems.
- Agility in handling multiple service requests.
- Experience in customer relationship activities (preferred).
- Experience or skill in IT (preferred).
