Linx, now part of the Stone group, is seeking a Junior Support Analyst to join their team in Montenegro, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The role is focused on providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients through transparent communication and effective solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Continuously improving knowledge through training and information sharing.
• Opening and managing support tickets for ERP solutions.
• Addressing customer needs via various channels (chat, phone, email).
• Applying and testing identified solutions, sometimes requiring remote access.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in customer relationship roles (call center, sales, etc.).
• Knowledge of Windows and networks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Availability to work onsite in Montenegro during business hours.
