Job Description
Linx, in collaboration with Stone, is seeking a Junior Support Analyst to join their team in Montenegro, Brazil. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the company's software solutions for automotive dealerships, working with major brands like Toyota, Hyundai, and Honda. Linx is the largest software house in Latin America, holding 46% of the Brazilian retail market share.
Role involves:
- Continuously improving knowledge through Linx's training programs.
- Managing support tickets for ERP solutions, documenting actions for incident resolution.
- Assisting clients via chat, phone, email, and other channels, identifying needs, and applying solutions.
- Implementing fixes, monitoring client tests to ensure satisfaction, and providing remote support when necessary.
Requirements:
- Genuine interest in learning about technology.
- Desire to provide support and create positive client experiences.
- Ability to act quickly while maintaining work quality.
- Capacity to understand client needs and find the best approach.
- A team-oriented mindset focused on overcoming obstacles and achieving results.
- Availability to work on-site in Montenegro during business hours.
- Technical degree in IT or related fields (preferred).
- Experience with customer service (preferred).
