Linx, in collaboration with Stone, is seeking a Junior Support Analyst to join their team in Porto Alegre/RS. This role involves providing excellent customer service and building trust with clients through transparent communication and simple solutions. The analyst will continuously improve their knowledge through company-provided training, handle support tickets for ERP solutions, and assist clients via various channels, ensuring their issues are resolved effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously improve knowledge through training.
  • Handle support tickets for ERP solutions.
  • Assist clients via chat, phone, and email.
  • Apply corrections and ensure client satisfaction through testing.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer relationship.
  • Knowledge of Windows and networks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • SQL Database knowledge (desirable).
  • Technical degree in IT or related fields (desirable).
