Job Description
Linx, in collaboration with Stone, is seeking a Junior Support Analyst to join their team in São Paulo. This role involves providing support for ERP solutions to a diverse range of clients, focusing on excellence in customer service and building trust through transparent and connected solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving people's lives and contributing to society and the environment.

Role Involves:
  • Aprimorating skills through Linx's training and information exchange.
  • Opening and managing support tickets for ERP solutions.
  • Attending clients through various channels (chat, phone, e-mail).
  • Applying corrections to identified problems and monitoring client tests.
  • Remote access to clients when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Ability to interact with the public and solve problems.
  • Agility to handle multiple attendances and connections.
  • Experience in customer relationship activities (desirable).
  • Experience/skill in IT (desirable).
