Job Description

Linx is seeking a Junior Support Analyst to join their Operations team. This role involves providing technical support to clients via chat, ensuring a positive experience with the system. The analyst will diagnose and resolve technical issues, configure functionalities, and escalate complex cases to the next support level.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time support to restaurants via chat.
  • Practice active listening and empathy.
  • Answer client questions about system usage.
  • Identify and resolve technical problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to level 2 support.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Familiarity with Help Desk tools (desirable).
  • Knowledge of remote access software (desirable).
  • Basic IT knowledge (desirable).
