Job Description
Linx, in partnership with Stone, is seeking a Junior Support Analyst to join their Customer Relations team in Garça, Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to enhance communication skills and gain knowledge in financial, fiscal, and technical aspects of the retail sector. The analyst will provide support via phone, chat, and email to clients across the country, diagnose application-related issues, create solutions, manage tickets using Sales Force, and utilize database tools for problem resolution.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing customer service via phone, chat, and email.
  • Diagnosing application-related problems and offering solutions.
  • Creating and managing tickets using Sales Force.
  • Using database tools to resolve issues.

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or have completed higher education.
  • Experience in customer relations, providing support solutions.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Proactive and persistent in facing challenges.
  • Experience with IT (preferred).
