The analyst will diagnose application-related issues, offer solutions, manage tickets using Sales Force, and utilize database tools for problem resolution.Responsibilities:

• Providing customer service via phone, chat, and email.
• Diagnosing application-related problems and offering solutions.
• Creating and managing tickets using Sales Force.
• Using database tools to resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in IT.
• Experience in customer relations and providing support solutions.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Proactive and persistent approach to challenges.
• Knowledge in database is a plus.
