Job Description

Linx, in partnership with Stone, is seeking a Fortinet Support Specialist to join their Connectivity team. This role involves providing technical support, analyzing recurring issues, implementing complex solutions, resolving incidents, and offering advanced support in collaboration with Engineering. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence in Pinheiros, São Paulo, twice a week.

The role involves:

  • Acting as a technical reference in N3 support.
  • Analyzing recurring cases with a focus on root cause.
  • Implementing high-complexity solutions (LDAP, AWS, FortiOS).
  • Resolving incidents in war rooms.
  • Providing advanced support in conjunction with Engineering.

Requirements include:

  • Advanced administration and troubleshooting skills in Fortinet firewalls.
  • Support for IPsec and SSL VPNs with MFA and AD/RADIUS integration.
  • Planning and support of complex networks with BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
  • Experience with MPLS networks, VLANs, and L2/L3 switches.
  • Analysis of logs and events for threat identification and mitigation.
  • Creation of technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
  • Knowledge of authentication methods (LDAP, RADIUS, 802.1X).
  • Integrations with cloud environments (e.g., AWS) and automations with scripts.
