Linx is seeking an experienced Analista de Projetos SR – Especialista em JIRA to lead strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a passion for ensuring projects are delivered with quality and efficiency. This role involves managing the complete project lifecycle, utilizing JIRA for planning and optimization, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Role Involves:
• Managing and monitoring the complete project lifecycle.
• Using JIRA for planning, tracking, and optimizing workflows.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Facilitating agile ceremonies and promoting continuous improvement.
• Creating and analyzing project performance metrics.
• Ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
• Creating materials for executive project reports.
• Monitoring and auditing management indicators.

Requirements:
• Solid experience as a Project Analyst in technology environments.
• Advanced JIRA skills for backlog management, sprints, dashboards, and automations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in resolving impediments and improving processes.
• Analytical skills to extract insights from metrics and propose solutions.
• Experience with Power BI for creating and editing views.
