Job Description
Linx is seeking an Analista Pleno de Documentação to join their FFC - Microvix team. This role involves translating complex accounting, tax, and financial processes into clear manuals and tutorials. The ideal candidate will create short, objective videos to help clients understand complex processes, integrating them into guides and system updates. They will also analyze feedback to identify gaps in documentation and propose improvements.
Role Involves:
  • Writing and reviewing manuals and tutorials on fiscal processes.
  • Recording and editing short videos (2-5 min) demonstrating routines.
  • Participating in daily agile meetings.
  • Attending meetings with the PO and development team to understand new features.
  • Analyzing feedback from clients to identify gaps in manuals.
Requirements:
  • Ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Familiarity with fiscal, accounting, or financial topics.
  • A proactive approach to addressing user questions.
  • Agility in managing tasks.
