Job Description

Capco is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to manage the receipt of new units. The professional will be responsible for critical analysis and management of action plans, as well as proposing solutions to complex problems related to the Executive Management's projects.

The role involves:

• Coordinating strategic and high operational impact projects.
• Structuring, validating, and monitoring project plans and schedules.
• Leading stakeholder meetings and governance committees.
• Conducting diagnostics, feasibility analyses, and prioritization of initiatives.
• Supporting the structuring and control of the project portfolio.
• Integrating data and indicators from different corporate systems.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and suppliers.
• Supporting internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• Graduation in Engineering, Administration, Information Technology, or related areas.
• Post-graduation in Project Management, Strategic Management, Process Management, or related fields.
• 7 years of experience with the activities of the position, especially in industrial, oil and gas, or regulated sectors.
• Desirable PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP (PS, MM), GPAS, Service Now, Power BI, SharePoint, SIRH, and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Planner, etc.) is desirable.
