Job Description
Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in Toronto. This role focuses on Capital Markets and Risk Management, requiring a blend of business analysis skills and financial services expertise. The candidate will work directly with clients on critical projects, contributing to digital transformations and strategic roadmaps.
Role Involves:
- Establishing collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Leading requirement solicitation and documentation.
- Applying knowledge of Risk Management and Risk Reporting.
- Managing project deliverables end-to-end.
- Creating presentations for executive audiences.
- Developing trade flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
- Utilizing JIRA and Confluence for Agile ceremonies.
- Defining strategic roadmaps and acting as a trusted advisor.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Financial Services.
- Deep expertise in financial/non-financial risk reporting processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong capability in building Business Cases and conducting gap analyses.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools.
- Skilled in creating EPICs and writing user stories.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops.
- Experience with Microsoft Visio.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to pivot into related roles such as Product Owner.
