Job Description

Capco is seeking an experienced Engineer to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. This role involves representing Capco to the client, managing contract execution, and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, supply chain, or contract management, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Role Involves:

• Representing the company to the Client.
• Accompanying contract execution.
• Managing team and resources.
• Intermediating communication between the company and the Client.
• Participating in meetings and audits.
• Reporting occurrences and non-conformities.
• Preparing and sending periodic reports.
• Complying with SMS standards.
• Overseeing compliance with contractual clauses.
• Managing documentation and certifications.
• Supporting conflict resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or contract management.
• Advanced knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Advanced knowledge of measurement systems (SAMC).
• Experience in team management.
• Management tools.
• Graduation in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Law, or Engineering.
• Post-Graduation in Public Administration, Business, or Administrative Law; People Management, Human Resources, or Team Development; Supplies, Supply Chain, or Logistics; Strategic Management; Contract Management; Project Management.
