Job Description

Capco is seeking a Nutricionista to work onshore in Macaé, Brazil. Capco is a global technology and business consultancy focused on the financial services and energy sectors. The company has 33 offices across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

The role involves:

  • Fiscalizing and monitoring onshore maritime hotel and food supply contracts.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, PETROBRAS standards, and sanitary legislation.
  • Inspecting the receipt, storage, and movement of supplies.
  • Verifying process compliance, releasing products and services.
  • Working according to quality, safety, and technical procedures.
  • Demonstrating mastery of specific knowledge in the area.

Requirements:

  • Experience in similar activities (industrial kitchen: hotel chain, industries, hospitals, or schools).
  • Active CRN (Conselho Regional de Nutricionistas) registration.
  • Availability to work on a 6x6 scale in CAMPOS DOS GOYTACAZES - RJ - Day shift (7 am to 7 pm, 12 hours per day).
