The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and management activities in support of projects.
Role Involves:
Managing onshore and offshore professionals.
Providing support to managers in contract management activities.
Coordinating logistics for onboarding and training.
Controlling offshore and contractual training.
Participating in resume sourcing.
Organizing and conducting meetings and safety dialogues.
Identifying and implementing process improvements.
Preparing manuals, reports, and processes.
Planning and analyzing resource availability.
Monitoring and analyzing indicators.
Preparing materials and presentations.
Leading and coordinating the team.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in O&G area.
Auditor training in ISOS 9001/14001/45001.
Training in ISO 22000.
Experience in Offshore Hospitality.
Knowledge in hazard and risk identification, risk analysis, HAZOP, Bow tie.
Knowledge in project management and process mapping.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
