Capco is seeking a Project Manager/QA Test Lead to join their team in Toronto. This role involves working on a multi-year, multi-phase payments project focused on a payment engine. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and stakeholder management skills, as the role is heavily communication and coordination-driven. They will also provide hands-on testing support and collaborate closely with all testing teams.Responsibilities include:

Requirements include:
3–7 years of relevant QA/test leadership/PM experience.
Proven ability to lead functional and non-functional testing.
Hands-on experience supporting QA team and running end-to-end testing.
Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with Capital markets, ISO compliance, currency systems, and payments domain.
Experience managing test planning, execution, and defect escalation.
