Project Manager/Scrum Master

Job Description

Capco Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to join their team. The ideal candidate will focus on key controls, MI design, and deployment, coordinating with multiple programs of work, ensuring design activities are approved, managing dependencies and risks, vendor liaison, and stakeholder coordination.

Role Involves:

• Managing relationships with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Facilitating pods to self-organize and deliver in an agile/scrum manner.
• Leading and coaching agile delivery, including facilitating agile ceremonies.
• Shielding the team from interruptions during sprints.
• Unblocking impediments and addressing areas of concern.
• Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
• Tracking progress using relative metrics and collecting feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Experience working in financial services, preferably data-related change.
• Understanding of the transition from Waterfall to Agile.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience scaling different agile frameworks (e.g., Lean, Agile Scrum, Agile Kanban).
• Experience with Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Effective governance and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to a global matrix organization model.
