Capco is seeking a dedicated Safety Technician to join their team in Três Lagoas/MG. This role is crucial for ensuring safety standards and compliance within industrial plant environments. The Safety Technician will be involved in various safety-related activities, contributing to a safe and secure working environment.Responsibilities:

• Conducting inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
• Participating in risk analyses to assess and mitigate risks.
• Supporting the treatment of anomalies and contributing to contingency and emergency plans.
• Accompanying audits and visits from regulatory bodies.
• Training and guiding the workforce on safety procedures.
• Monitoring services and supporting SMS oversight of contracts.
• Collecting and recording data in computerized systems.
• Supporting the execution of safety-related events.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in activities related to the scope of the service.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Proficiency in practices for adopting management measures (through inspections, audits, and action plan monitoring).
• Experience in preparing Preliminary Risk Analyses (APR), HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study), and Quantitative Risk Analyses (AQR) for new or existing ventures.
• Solid experience with activities in industrial plants.
• Training in ABNT NBR 16710-1:2020 - Industrial Rescuer Level.
• Participation in large-scale emergency drills in industrial plants.
• Technical Safety degree (with professional registration in CREA).
