Job Description

Capco is seeking an IT Analyst to join their Global IT team in Orlando. The IT Analyst will report to the local regional IT Manager and work alongside a Senior IT Analyst, providing first- and second-line IT support to Capco employees. The ideal candidate will have previous IT support experience and a strong desire to learn.

The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to resolve queries face-to-face, over the phone, and via email. Flexibility with working occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

What this role involves:

  • Providing first- and second-line IT support
  • Responding to service desk requests via ServiceNow
  • Maintaining Windows and Apple laptops
  • Installing and troubleshooting software and hardware
  • Managing the Capco workstation inventory
  • Assisting with the new joiner process for IT
