Job Description
Capco is seeking an IT Analyst to join their Global IT team in Orlando. The IT Analyst will report to the local regional IT Manager and work alongside a Senior IT Analyst, providing first- and second-line IT support to Capco employees. The ideal candidate will have previous IT support experience and a strong desire to learn.
The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to resolve queries face-to-face, over the phone, and via email. Flexibility with working occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
What this role involves:
- Providing first- and second-line IT support
- Responding to service desk requests via ServiceNow
- Maintaining Windows and Apple laptops
- Installing and troubleshooting software and hardware
- Managing the Capco workstation inventory
- Assisting with the new joiner process for IT
