Job Description

Capco is seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable backend services, ensuring the security, performance, and reliability of solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Node.js, Java, and Spring Boot, as well as expertise in using AWS, Apigee, and Apache Camel. Role Involves:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services using Node.js, Java, and Spring Boot.
  • Implementing and managing APIs with Apigee, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
  • Building and optimizing cloud-native applications using AWS.
  • Integrating backend services with other systems through Apache Camel and related tools.
  • Collaborating with front-end developers, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver complete solutions.
  • Ensuring code quality through good practices, code reviews, and unit tests.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting backend performance issues, ensuring high system availability.
  • Actively participating in agile ceremonies and collaborating with global teams using English daily.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer, with mastery of Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel.
  • Strong practical experience with AWS services and cloud-native application development.
  • Proficiency in managing and implementing APIs with Apigee.
  • Solid knowledge of microservices architecture and best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and optimize the performance of backend systems.
  • Fluency in English, with communication skills for daily collaboration with global teams.
  • Analytical profile, attention to detail, and ability to solve challenges efficiently.
