Capco is seeking a Technical Strategy Analyst to join their Technology Delivery Team. The ideal candidate will possess practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. This role involves contributing to the quality and implementation of projects, developing IT strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Role Involves:

• Developing and implementing IT strategies.
• Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders.
• Recommending tools and methodologies for CI/CD workflows.
• Providing strategic insights for security compliance.
• Assisting in developing roadmaps to modernize IT operations.
• Preparing reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience designing and communicating IT strategies.
• Knowledge of modern frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps principles.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, automation, and security.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Adaptability and a proactive mindset.
• Willing to work in our New York office 3 days per week.
