Job Description

The company is seeking a Product Owner to join its Product Organization Team and take responsibility for the Sales Automation Team. The Product Owner will work closely with an Engineering Manager and cross-functional team members to maximize the value of sales automation initiatives across Sell-Side Sales, Demand Sales, Account Management, and Customer Master Data Management.

The role involves:

  • Translating the product vision into a concrete roadmap and delivery plan.
  • Translating business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and product requirements.
  • Prioritizing the product backlog based on impact, feasibility, and strategic importance.
  • Continuously developing and deploying solutions to improve and automate sales funnels, enable proactive customer engagement, provide a comprehensive customer overview, and optimize manual renegotiations.
  • Ensuring efficient customer data management.
  • Collaborating with the Engineering Manager to ensure high-quality and timely implementation.
  • Measuring success based on clear KPIs and feedback loops, and continuously optimizing based on insights.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role in product management.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
  • Proven experience in developing solutions for sales teams, ideally with a focus on automation, funnel optimization, and customer data management.
  • Experience in or with B2B or B2C marketplaces is a strong plus.
