Outset Medical, a medical device company focused on revolutionizing dialysis, is seeking a Commercial Training & Program Specialist. This role involves coordinating sales and field service training initiatives and marketing programs to drive business growth and improve commercial team performance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities across sales, service, and marketing.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with commercial team to support flawless training programs for sales and field service
- Coordinate and schedule Commercial Sales and Service training sessions, workshops, and events
- Maintain records of training and development activities
- Manage training calendars, resources, materials, and scheduling
- Coordinate training documentation and materials
- Collect feedback and continuously improve training programs
- Manage the sales and marketing equipment demo fleet
- Coordinate commercial team meetings
- Manage purchase orders and invoicing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training and marketing programs
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-centric role or executive administration
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient with expense management software (i.e. Concur)
- Proficient creating and administering online surveys
- Strong Project Management skills
