Job Description
Outset Medical, a medical device company focused on revolutionizing dialysis, is seeking a Commercial Training & Program Specialist. This role involves coordinating sales and field service training initiatives and marketing programs to drive business growth and improve commercial team performance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities across sales, service, and marketing.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with commercial team to support flawless training programs for sales and field service
  • Coordinate and schedule Commercial Sales and Service training sessions, workshops, and events
  • Maintain records of training and development activities
  • Manage training calendars, resources, materials, and scheduling
  • Coordinate training documentation and materials
  • Collect feedback and continuously improve training programs
  • Manage the sales and marketing equipment demo fleet
  • Coordinate commercial team meetings
  • Manage purchase orders and invoicing
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training and marketing programs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-centric role or executive administration
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient with expense management software (i.e. Concur)
  • Proficient creating and administering online surveys
  • Strong Project Management skills
