SpotOn is seeking a motivated Hospitality Specialist to join their team as an Outside Sales Representative in Astoria, NY. In this role, the individual will represent SpotOn in their local community, offering advanced technology solutions to local business owners to help them grow their businesses. The Hospitality Specialist will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to signing new clients, and work closely with the Sales Support team to achieve monthly sales performance goals.Role involves:
  • Prospecting and building relationships with local business owners and merchants.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Hitting sales targets, with a focus on software, point-of-sale solutions, and payment processing.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Support team to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on small business owners, merchants, and restaurants.
  • Proven track record of delivering against sales goals.
  • Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce as a CRM is a plus.
  • Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
  • Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.
