SpotOn is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative, also known as a Hospitality Specialist, to join their team in Washington Heights, NY. This role involves promoting SpotOn's full product suite to local businesses and restaurant owners, helping them grow and improve their operations through advanced technology solutions.Responsibilities include:
  • Being a local SpotOn representative, offering technology solutions to business owners.
  • Traveling within a designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and acquire new clients.
  • Managing the full sales cycle and maintaining client relationships.
  • Achieving sales targets, focusing on software, point-of-sale solutions, and payment processing.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Support team to meet monthly sales goals.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, particularly with small business owners and restaurants.
  • Proven success in achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory development skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Ability to learn technology and apply it to business scenarios.
  • Openness to feedback and accountability.
