Job Description

Proton, a company dedicated to online privacy, is seeking a talented Marketing Data Analyst to join their Marketing department. The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding customer behavior, guiding marketing initiatives, and analyzing landing page experiences and A/B tests.

Role involves:

  • Analyzing user funnels and A/B tests to optimize landing pages and user flow.
  • Serving as the analytical point of contact for landing page optimization.
  • Monitoring data to identify trends and enhance user experience.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards in Metabase and an in-house tool.
  • Building data pipelines to compute KPIs.
  • Collaborating with the data team to improve analytics infrastructure.
  • Communicating conclusions and educating stakeholders.
  • Developing training programs to elevate data literacy within the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience with a focus on statistics, data exploration, and visualization.
  • Solid knowledge and practical experience in A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights.
  • Good knowledge of data querying and transformation using SQL.
  • Clear communication skills.
