Job Description
CVX Ventures is seeking a Chief of Staff to spearhead its expansion across existing and new markets. This role involves leading the mission to establish Europe’s largest angel investor network. The Chief of Staff will shape the company's vision, execute strategies, and build and inspire teams across borders. This is a hands-on leadership position reporting directly to the Board.CVX Ventures connects experienced professionals and investors with high-potential startups, offering a network where knowledge and experience drive growth. With over 700 members and DKK 800 million invested in 100+ companies since 2020, CVX is one of Europe's fastest-growing venture investors.Responsibilities:- Lead growth and execution across all CVX markets.
- Build, manage, and inspire high-performing local teams.
- Own the global strategy, from market entry to operational excellence.
- Expand the angel investor network across Europe.
- Represent CVX publicly at events and in media.
- Participate in deal flow, investment decisions, and startup ecosystem engagement.
- Drive culture, excellence, and performance across all markets.
- 3-7 years of experience with a strong desire to build and lead a business.
- A strong leader with the ability to learn and grow.
- Willingness to relocate temporarily for new office openings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups.
- Passion for startups, investing, and building ecosystems.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Strong sales mindset.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
