CVX Ventures is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to spearhead its expansion across European markets. This pivotal leadership role involves shaping the company's vision, executing strategies, and building high-performing teams. The Entrepreneur in Residence will be instrumental in growing Europe's largest angel investor network, connecting capital with competence to foster extraordinary companies. CVX Ventures, one of Europe's fastest-growing venture investors, empowers partners to invest in carefully selected startups, with a community of over 700 members and DKK 800 million invested in 100+ companies since 2020. The role reports directly to the Board.

• Lead growth and execution across all CVX markets.
• Build, manage, and inspire high-performing local teams.
• Own the global strategy, from market entry to operational excellence.
• Expand the angel investor network across Europe.
• Represent CVX publicly at events and in media.
• Participate in deal flow, investment decisions, and startup ecosystem engagement.
• Drive culture, excellence, and performance across all markets.

• +5 years of experience building and leading a business.
• Strong leadership skills with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to relocate temporarily for new office openings.
• Experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups.
• Passion for startups, investing, and building ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
• Strong sales mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
