Job Description

CVX Ventures is seeking a Founder Associate to spearhead its expansion across Europe. This role involves leading the growth and execution in existing and new markets, building and managing high-performing local teams, and owning the global strategy. The Founder Associate will represent CVX publicly, drive culture, and participate in deal flow and investment decisions. This is a hands-on leadership position reporting directly to the Board.

• Lead the growth and execution across all CVX markets
• Build, manage, and inspire high-performing local teams
• Own the global strategy, from market entry to operational excellence
• Lead the expansion of the angel investor network
• Represent CVX publicly
• Be involved in deal flow and investment decisions
• Drive culture, excellence, and performance

CVX Ventures requires:

• 3-7 years of experience in building and leading a business
• Strong leadership skills with humility to learn and grow
• Willingness to relocate temporarily
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups
• Passion for startups and investing
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strategic thinking and hands-on approach
• Strong sales mindset
• Fluency in English
