CVX Ventures is seeking a Head of International Expansion to spearhead its growth across existing and new markets. This role involves building Europe’s largest angel investor network, connecting capital with competence to foster extraordinary companies. The Head of International Expansion will shape the company's vision, execute strategy, and lead teams across borders. This is a hands-on leadership position reporting directly to the Board.CVX Ventures is looking for someone with 3-7 years of experience with extraordinary hunger to build and lead a business. Responsibilities:

• Lead growth and execution across all CVX markets.
• Build, manage, and inspire high-performing local teams.
• Own the global strategy from market entry to operational excellence.
• Lead the expansion of the angel investor network.
• Represent CVX publicly at events and in media.
• Participate in deal flow, investment decisions, and startup ecosystem engagement.
• Drive culture, excellence, and performance.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in building and leading a business.
• Experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups.
• Proven track record of scaling commercial operations.
• Passion for startups, investing, and building ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
• Strong sales mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
