Job Description
Appnovation is seeking a Lead QA Analyst to provide QA strategy and support for various projects. The candidate will work closely with developers and other QAs to ensure product quality, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to test planning and execution.
Role involves:
- Identifying issues with product/testing requirements
- Preparing QA artifacts, including test plans and defect reports
- Participating in automation, performance, and security testing
- Developing test cases and performing QA testing
- Mentoring Junior QA Analysts
Requirements:
- 3+ years of test automation experience with Python scripting and Pytest
- Previous experience in a senior or lead QA role
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- 5+ years of formal testing experience
- Hands-on experience with version control such as Git
- Deep understanding of the quality assurance discipline
- Experience with web/mobile application testing
- Understanding of accessibility principles
