Pricing Specialist

Job Description

HSP Group is seeking a Pricing Specialist to join their Business Operations team. This remote role will report to the Head of Solutioning and will be responsible for producing accurate pricing models and quotes for deals in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others succeed and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate client pricing templates for nonstandard deals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information.
• Maintain internal client-facing pricing base with Partner Management and solution architects.
• Monitor Salesforce to manage the queue of pricing requests.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure pricing tools are up-to-date.
• Participate in the implementation of a new pricing technology platform.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional pricing experience, including some experience in international expansion.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working with tight deadlines.
• Experience as a paralegal within the International Expansion industry (preferred).
• Experience in CRM and quote technology (preferred).
• Strong work ethic and detail-oriented.
• Extremely strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Team player with experience and desire to work cross-functionally.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines with a sense of urgency.
• Dependable, proactive, and collaborative.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior personnel.
• Self-motivated and excels in executing, establishing priorities, and meeting swift deadlines.
