Club Monaco is seeking a Key Holder for their Thornhill, ON location. The Key Holder will support the company's goals and the individual store, delivering on customer service expectations, operational and loss prevention procedures, and people development. They will assist managers with merchandising, inventory, and employee experience related functions.Role involves:
- Protecting the customer experience
- Achieving clienteling and data capture goals
- Providing a friendly and welcoming environment
- Maximizing personal sales
- Supporting the management team with training
- Supervising the sales floor
- Opening and closing the store
- Processing returns
- Assisting with inventory preparations
- Participating in merchandising activities
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of retail experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent time management and project skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
