Moloco is seeking a Data Scientist II to join their Data Science and Analytics team in Berlin. This role involves providing data products and growth insights to help customers improve campaign performance and achieve their business goals. Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data, create presentations and recommendations for stakeholders, and develop automated reports and dashboards.
  • Data Validation: Verify data from ad exchanges and mobile-app tracking solutions to ensure accurate campaign models.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and partner with sales teams on bespoke analysis for clients.
  • Business Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to improve Moloco's products and services, focusing on client growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 4+ years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience, or a PhD in a quantitative field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R).
  • Strong knowledge of experimental design, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural partners.
