Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics

Job Description

Moloco is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Product Analytics Data Science (PDS) team. This role involves working closely with the R&D team on Moloco's core Ads product, driving performance improvement through a deep understanding of the ads ecosystem and customer needs. The Senior Data Scientist will provide data-driven insights and scientific solutions to enhance the product.Moloco is a machine learning company that empowers organizations to grow and unlock the full value of their first-party data. • Conducting deep-dive analysis to influence R&D decisions and strategies.
• Building the right metrics to measure campaign health.
• Evaluating ads system health.

Requirements:

• Distinctive problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge and experience in experimental design, hypothesis testing, and various statistical analysis techniques.
• Experience with Python, R or other scripting language, and database language (e.g. SQL) or data manipulation (e.g. Pandas, Dplyr).
• Ability to build positive relationships within the DS team and with stakeholders.
• 5+ years of work experience in data science related fields or an advanced degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s and/or PhD in a quantitative discipline.
