Job Description
Scalapay is seeking a Marketing Specialist to provide operational support across digital platforms and marketing activities. The Marketing Specialist will contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns in different countries. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support for the mobile application (APP) and website.
  • Update the Content Management System with new content.
  • Create landing pages and digital assets for marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of creative briefs.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar for APP-related activities.
  • Liaise with merchants for content approval and feedback.
  • Generate reports to track performance and identify insights.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct basic market research.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data-driven role, preferably in startups or fintech.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with content management systems; experience with Sanity is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Fluency in Italian, French/Spanish is mandatory.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn.
