Job Description

simplesurance, part of Allianz, is seeking a Teamlead Frontend to join their Frontend Team in Berlin. The ideal candidate will lead the Frontend Team, contribute to the team's development through mentoring and coaching, and work with modern frontend technologies to enhance user-facing solutions.

The role involves collaborating with Designers and Product Managers to create user-friendly solutions, adopting and improving engineering best practices, and actively contributing to team projects through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the Frontend Team
• Mentoring, coaching, and guiding team members
• Working with TypeScript and Angular
• Collaborating with Designers and Product Managers
• Improving engineering best practices
• Contributing to team projects

Requirements:

• Strong experience with web application development
• Solid experience with Angular
• Understanding of Component-Based Architectures
• Experience with Node and TypeScript (plus)
• Previous team leadership experience (advantageous)
• Proactive with a sense of ownership
• Clear communication skills in English
