Job Description

Simplesurance, part of Allianz since 2022, is seeking a Teamlead Frontend to join their Frontend Team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will lead a team of frontend developers, contribute to user-facing solutions, and collaborate with designers and product managers. Simplesurance is a pioneering Insurtech leader.

The role involves:

• Leading the Frontend Team across all locations.
• Mentoring, coaching, and guiding team members.
• Working with TypeScript and Angular to enhance user-facing solutions.
• Collaborating with Designers and Product Managers.
• Adopting and improving engineering best practices.
• Contributing to team projects and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with web application development.
• Solid experience with Angular.
• Good understanding of Component-Based Architectures.
• Previous experience with Node and TypeScript is a plus.
• Previous team leadership experience is advantageous.
• Proactive with a sense of ownership.
• Clear and structured communication skills with fluency in business English.
