Analyst, Acquisitions & Asset Management

Job Description

Faropoint is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Analyst to join their Acquisitions and Asset Management team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing new investment opportunities and managing a growing portfolio of industrial real estate assets. The Analyst will be based in Miami, Florida.Role involves:

• Assisting in underwriting potential acquisitions.
• Supporting the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations.
• Analyzing market trends and comparable sales.
• Coordinating with brokers and legal counsel.
• Supporting the property and asset management team.
• Tracking asset performance.
• Working with property managers and leasing teams.
• Helping develop and implement business plans for individual assets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in real estate, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel proficiency required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for real estate and a desire to grow within the industry.
