Implementation Specialist

Job Description

Nova 401(k) Associates is seeking an Implementation Specialist to focus on onboarding new clients and providing excellent client/advisor service. The Implementation Specialist will be supported by a strong sales group, plan document team, and compliance department. This is a remote position, requiring work from within the USA.Role involves:

• Providing excellent client/advisor experience during the implementation phase.
• Requesting and coordinating data collection.
• Acting as a liaison between clients, advisors, and platform providers.
• Reviewing plan adoption agreements and completing plan provision paperwork.
• Assisting clients with plan provision inquiries.
• Participating in weekly calls to manage plan timelines.
• Setting up internal systems and loading information into compliance software.
• Performing work according to Nova policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Five or more years of retirement plan implementation/onboarding experience.
• Ability to manage workload towards weekly goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• High level of critical thinking.
• Coachable and committed to professional development.

Role offers:

• Base Salary $70,000-$85,000
