Condition Monitoring Expert

ATS, founded in 1985, is a company with a presence in the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. They specialize in industrial maintenance and improving factory operations. ATS is seeking a Condition Monitoring Expert to perform data analysis, generate reports, and provide technical consultation using technologies such as ultrasound assessments, vibration analysis, and oil analysis.

The Condition Monitoring Expert plays a crucial role in identifying asset risks, influencing customer maintenance teams, and providing proactive maintenance solutions.

Role involves:

• Performing data analysis and report generation.
• Providing technical consultation using various technologies.
• Identifying impactful asset risks.
• Evaluating machine information and production costs.
• Analyzing data to determine trends and estimate component life.
• Leading ongoing cadence calls and responding to customer inquiries.
• Developing and presenting information to management and customers.
• Connecting with customer technicians to guide troubleshooting.
• Leading review of data collection device installation reporting.
• Providing expert insights in the automation of analysis.
• Developing and delivering customer-facing training programs.
• Providing coaching and mentoring to Condition Monitoring Experts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 6 years related experience.
• Advanced understanding of industrial manufacturing environment.
• Expert level understanding of machine diagnostics.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working toward NDT Level I certification (desirable).
• ISO CAT I/III certification (desirable).
