Sales Engineer

Job Description

Xometry, a company that connects people with manufacturers, is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their team. This role involves providing technical support to the sales team, designing solutions for clients, and collaborating with internal teams. The Sales Engineer will also be responsible for training the sales team, creating technical documentation, and staying updated with industry trends.Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design tailored technical solutions.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Develop and deliver training programs for the sales team.
• Work with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.

Requirements:

• Graduate engineering degree
• 4+ years of experience in metalworking / mechanical engineering
• Expert knowledge of various metalworking methods: CNC machining, sheet metal working, 3D printing
• Good knowledge of French and English. Italian is a big plus
• IT enthusiast, ready to master and use modern technologies and software
• Willingness and desire to work in a fast-growing business atmosphere
