Xometry, a company that connects people with manufacturers, is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their Sales team. This role involves providing technical sales support, designing solutions, engaging with clients, training the sales team, collaborating cross-functionally, creating technical documentation, and continuously improving technical offerings.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design tailored technical solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Develop and deliver training programs for the sales team.
- Work with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support teams.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
Requirements: - Graduate engineering degree.
- 4+ years of experience in metalworking / mechanical engineering.
- Expert knowledge of various metalworking methods (CNC machining, sheet metal working, 3D printing).
- Good knowledge of French and English; Italian is a plus.
- IT enthusiast, ready to master modern technologies and software.
- Willingness to work in a fast-growing business atmosphere.
