Production Analyst

Job Description

Pagaya is seeking a Production Analyst to join its Portfolio Management & Research department in Tel Aviv. The Analyst will implement investment policy configurations using Python and perform quality checks to ensure the policy delivers the required portfolio KPIs. This role involves conducting various analyses projects, influencing the business aspects of the company, and collaborating with technical teams and executive stakeholders.Responsibilities include:

• Managing and implementing underwriting policies in the production environment using Python.
• Performing quality analytics checks to ensure policy logic meets defined requirements.
• Conducting tests to evaluate each component of the policy configuration.
• Monitoring policy behavior in production and analyzing results.
• Presenting meaningful business insights from data.
• Performing ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
• Creating innovative and interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools, Python, and SQL.

Requirements include:

• 2 years of experience analyzing data using Python and SQL.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline.
• Experience with Pandas/Numpy.
• Experience using BI systems and understanding software systems architecture and databases.
• Proven track record of handling large complex datasets with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in high-pressure environments.
