Trust Automation is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its CEO and CTO in San Luis Obispo, CA. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate travel, and handle confidential information. This role requires discretion, judgment, and excellent organizational skills.
Role involves:
- Managing professional and personal scheduling for the CEO
- Coordinating complex scheduling and calendar management
- Managing travel logistics and activities
- Providing administrative and office support
- Documenting notes from business strategy meetings
- Maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality
- Organizing team communications and plan events
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting C-level executives
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Flexibility to work hours dictated by business needs
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
