Trust Automation is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its CEO and CTO in San Luis Obispo, CA. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate travel, and handle confidential information. This role requires discretion, judgment, and excellent organizational skills.

Role involves:
  • Managing professional and personal scheduling for the CEO
  • Coordinating complex scheduling and calendar management
  • Managing travel logistics and activities
  • Providing administrative and office support
  • Documenting notes from business strategy meetings
  • Maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality
  • Organizing team communications and plan events

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting C-level executives
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Flexibility to work hours dictated by business needs
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
