• Manage and lead multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Coordinate workloads and tasks for analytics engineers and architects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Implement and leverage custom AI tools to optimize project workflows.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients.
• Monitor project KPIs and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
• Lead regular stand-ups and client meetings.

• 3+ years of technical project management experience.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with technical teams.
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure, analytics workflows, and technical requirements.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate between technical and business contexts.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and GCP cloud platforms.
• Understanding of basic concepts and best practices of data transformation using tools such as dbt.
• Familiarity with engineering workflows including GitHub/repositories, pull requests, and version control.
