Manager / Senior Manager - Forward Deployed Solution Architect

Job Description

Arcesium is seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to join their Client and Partner Development team. In this role, the candidate will bridge the gap between Arcesium’s platform and clients' business requirements, demonstrating customer value quickly and turning insights into scalable, long-term solutions. The Forward Deployed Solution Architect will work directly with Arcesium customer stakeholders and product teams to solve sophisticated problems in the investment management businesses.What this role involves:

• Guiding customer stakeholders on accelerating data strategy through Arcesium.
• Decomposing customer problems and designing scalable solutions.
• Presenting solutions through proposals and illustrations.
• Leading projects including Proof of Concepts and Implementations.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and project risks.
• Collaborating with Forward Deployed Software Engineers, Data Strategists, and Product teams.
• Suggesting process improvements to drive product innovation and sales conversion.
• Working closely with client developers on Arcesium’s technical architecture and API training.
• Presenting Arcesium's Product capabilities in Sales conversations

Requirements:

• 8+ years in client-facing roles with consultative and solutioning skills.
• Experience in investment management operations and life cycle.
• Strong domain expertise in middle and back-office operations for a hedge fund or fund admin.
• Experience in technology and software development is a plus.
• Ability to drive cross-functional projects and manage stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud solutions and data analysis techniques.
