Job Description
Altera Digital Health is seeking an A/R Analyst to protect the financial integrity of the company by effectively managing accounts receivable processes. This remote role involves working closely with hospitals and other clients to collect cash, negotiate invoice payments, and ensure timely and accurate financial transactions. The A/R Analyst will report to the finance department and collaborate with executive-level stakeholders.
Role involves:
- Monitoring and managing customer accounts for timely collection of receivables.
- Engaging in direct communication with customers to resolve outstanding balances.
- Preparing reports for the finance department, including accounts receivable aging reports.
- Conducting regular reconciliations of accounts receivable ledgers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounts receivable.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to read and interpret contracts.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working on a global team and flexibility to participate in meetings across various time zones.
