Job Description

Caylent, a cloud-native services company, is seeking a Machine Learning Architect to join its Cloud Data Engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ML system design and a passion for driving innovation with customers, partners, and colleagues.He/She will work alongside Caylent’s Engineers, Engineering Managers, and Project Managers to deliver AWS solutions. The candidate will work with the latest technologies and support customers looking to bring cutting-edge ideas to market.Responsibilities:

• Guiding Cayliens and Customers through Agile ceremonies.
• Translating customer requirements into a workable backlog of tickets.
• Delegating tickets to a team of engineers.
• Leading requirements gathering, backlog grooming, and architecture discussions.
• Applying understanding of DevOps pipelines.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in customer environments.
• Automating software testing and monitoring results.
• Writing production quality code with tests.
• Delivering cloud-native applications on AWS for customers.
• Communicating and documenting designs, processes, and procedures.
• Mentoring peers and learning from the team.

Requirements:

• Experience with IaC tools (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform).
• Expert level experience in Amazon SageMaker and ML libraries (TensorFlow, MXNet, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of ML concepts.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Neptune, Comet).
• Core Consulting Qualifications.
